Submission of the Annual Report Notifications through the CER Online Event Reporting System
In accordance with subsection 6.6(2) of the Canadian Energy Regulator Onshore Pipelines Regulations (OPR), the reporting deadline for the 2021 Annual Report Notifications is 30 April 2022. The regulated company is requested to upload a formal copy of the attached template, signed by the Accountable Officer, through the Online Event Reporting System (OERS).
Annual Report Notifications are required for all instrument holders that have facilities regulated by the CER under the OPR including decommissioned or deactivated facilities.
For additional assistance, the Online Event Reporting Guidelines (Guidelines) contain definitions and guidance for the online reporting of events and submission of the Annual Report Notifications. The Guidelines can be accessed through the link below. Please refer to section “5.2 Annual Report Notifications”.
