This page contains information on service standard results under both the National Energy Board Act (NEB Act) and Canadian Energy Regulator Act (CER Act). The CER Act came into effect on August 28, 2019. As a result, some applications and requests were submitted while the NEB Act was still in effect. This has been differentiated in the table below for informational purposes, where applicable.
