On 1 February 2013, the NEB made available $200,000 under its Participant Funding Program to assist individuals, Aboriginal groups, landowners, incorporated non-industry not-for profit organizations, and other interested groups to participate in the regulatory process of the proposed Enbridge Pipelines Inc. (Enbridge) Line 9B Reversal and Line 9 Capacity Expansion Project.
The applications reviewed by the FRC amounted to a total request of $752,371.
